1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Audio-Editor Online (audio-editor.online), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our platform.
These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.
2. Service Description
Audio-Editor Online currently offers free tools to cut audio, adjust gain, change speed, use a fixed three-band equalizer, apply linear fades, filter unwanted low or high frequencies, reverse samples, and join files in sequence.
Files chosen on the device are processed in tab memory and are not uploaded to the application server to perform the edit. When importing a public Google Drive link, a temporary server transfer may be used if the browser blocks the direct download; the file is not stored permanently. The page may still load site resources and, after consent, analytics services. Format, memory, and browser limits are described on each tool page.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Audio-Editor Online only for legitimate purposes and in accordance with these terms. You commit to:
• Only using audio files over which you have the necessary editing rights
• Not using the platform to edit or distribute content that infringes third-party copyrights
• Not attempting to circumvent, disable, or interfere with any platform security features
• Not using the platform for illegal purposes or in violation of any applicable law
4. Intellectual Property
The audio files you edit on our platform remain your property (or the original rights holder's). Audio-Editor Online claims no ownership over the content you process.

We are not responsible for:
